    • The racism of immigration needs to be in check, because you’re going to starve if the immigrants don’t come to this country and pick your fruit.
    • The immigration process in the United States is broken.
    • You will pretend that they are the good immigrants because they are doing the work that you will not do for yourself.
    • Nobody leaves their country to come to America because they want to be a criminal in this country.

    • Half of hr people don’t even understand the immigration process. It could take 15 years to get an interview for legal immigration.
    • We benefit from immigrants paying into the perfections of the social security system, but somehow in this process, we have lost our way.

    • You were out there during the pandemic, but now you are watching us being oppressed and don’t think you need to protest anymore.
    • You were never our allies. You were never our friends.
    • Immigrants in the United States, except Native Americans, We are all immigrants. Some of us arrived here on a boat without consent and others left oppression in Europe.

    • The historic context of why he does this work, and why diversity and inclusion is not a numbers game.
    • The importance of humanizing the work that he does.
    • There are real people having experiences inside of the systems that we create. They are having psychologically unsafe experiences inside the systems.
    • Half of those people don’t want to be in your workplace.

    • We are spending time attacking whole communities, including indigenous, black, Hispanic, hispanic, etc, instead of focusing on building the country effectively.
    • There is a season, and there is a reason for this.
    • Our forefathers endured hell so that we could sit where we are now, and it’s time for us to stand up and use our voice without fear.
    • Florida is a test tube.

    • When George Floyd was murdered, Everyone put out statements about diversity and inclusion. Take a look at those statements and recognize that if you don’t take a social responsible position, they will come for you.
    • You can’t say on one hand that you support us internally while you support the erasing of our history
    • Erasing us from the margins.

    • The civil rights movement required courageous white people to get involved, and the movement of erasure requires courageous Black people who are willing to keep fighting.
    • But everyone needs to support us fully now, not when it’s too late.
    • Inclusion unscripted is not something that can be fought alone. It is something that needs to be supported.
